1. What Todira is

Todira is a personal service (a Telegram bot and companion website) that automatically scans apartment listings from external sources on the web (such as Yad2) and alerts you when a listing matching your filter is published. After a 3-day trial period, continued use of the service requires a paid subscription, as detailed on the site's upgrade page.

2. No warranty on listing content

Every listing shown in Todira is collected from external sources not controlled by Todira. Todira does not publish, create, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of any listing — price, photos, availability, description, and any other detail may be incorrect, outdated, or the property may already be rented or sold. Always verify a listing against its original source and the advertiser before making any decision.

3. Todira is not a party to any transaction

Todira is not a broker, landlord, property owner, or a party to any rental or sale transaction. All communication, negotiation, and dealings with an advertiser, property owner, or broker are the user's sole responsibility, and Todira bears no responsibility for their outcome.

4. Use of AI

The service uses a language model (Google's Gemini) to parse free-text messages and build a search profile from them. That interpretation can occasionally be wrong — you can always correct your filter manually via the bot (/filter) or the website.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "AS IS," with no commitment to continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Todira and its operator shall not be liable for any damage — direct or indirect — arising from use of the service, reliance on information in it, technical failure, or discontinuation of the service.

6. Changes to the service

Todira may change, suspend, or discontinue the service (in whole or in part) at any time, without prior notice.

7. Intellectual property

The website's design, branding, and code belong to the service's operator. Listing content itself belongs to the original sources it was collected from.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Israel.
