- Your Telegram user ID and the username shown by Telegram.
- The filter you set up — city, price range, number of rooms, property type, and other search preferences.
- Free-text messages you send the bot (used to build a search profile via AI).
- Apartments you marked "liked"/"hidden," and statistics on alerts sent to you.
2. How the data is used
Data is used solely to operate the service itself: matching apartments to your filter, sending alerts, and remembering your preferences between visits. Data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-party providers
Running the service relies on external providers: Telegram (sending/receiving messages), Google's Gemini API (parsing free-text messages), and a scraping infrastructure provider (ZenRows) for collecting listings. Each of these providers is subject to its own privacy policy.
4. Cookies
The website uses exactly one functional cookie — remembering your chosen display language — and no advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Data retention and deletion
Data is kept for as long as your account is active. You can request full deletion of your stored data at any time by contacting us through the Telegram bot.
6. Your rights
Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to review the data collected about you and to request its correction or deletion.
7. Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute protection against any unauthorized access.
