Why I built Todira
Hi, I'm Amir. Like a lot of people here, I found myself refreshing sites and groups every evening, calling about a flat that looked perfect and hearing "it's already taken".
I realised the problem isn't a lack of flats, it's that they disappear before you even see them. So I built Todira: you write what you're looking for, like you'd tell a friend, and every new matching flat comes to your Telegram.

How does the bot understand what I'm looking for?
You write to the bot in plain Hebrew, just like you'd describe it to a friend. A language model picks out the city, price range, number of rooms and more from your sentence, and builds a search profile from it, no forms, no complicated menus.
How is this different from searching on my own?
Instead of going through several sites and groups every day and scrolling past the same ads again, Todira checks them for you throughout the day and sends only new flats that match your search. You see a flat shortly after it's posted, not after everyone else has already called.
How often does the bot check?
Again and again throughout the day. Every new listing is checked against your filter, and whatever fits reaches you on Telegram and also waits for you here on the site.
Are there broker listings too?
Yes, and every broker listing carries a "Broker" label on its card. If you only want flats without a broker, tick "No brokers" in your filter and broker listings won't be sent to you.
What if I haven't found a flat by the end of my pass?
Nothing renews automatically, so you're never charged without choosing to. Want to keep looking? Buy another pass whenever it suits you, and your search stays saved exactly as it was.
Can I change my filter after setting it up?
Absolutely, through the Telegram bot or right here on the site, on the "My filter" page, whenever you like.
Is there someone to talk to if something doesn't work?
Yes. Write to us on the site's Contact page, and a person answers, not a bot.
